Converting Dicom RT struct into labels

Donnie_Kim
Hi

Is there any way I can concert DICOM RT struct into labels in Slicer 3D? I
looked at this particular modle:
https://www.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.php/Modules:PlastimatchDICOMRT

But the situation is that I have a NifTi file for the MRI and DICOM RT
structure for that MRI...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Converting Dicom RT struct into labels

Andras Lasso-2
Install SlicerRT extension and import the RTSTRUCT data from DICOM. If you need labelmap and not segmentation then in the Segmentation module you can export segments into a lablemap.
