fiducial registration failed

Liu, Lianli
Hi all,

I am using SLICER fiducial registration on Linux, but got the error:

Failed opening file/tmp/Slicer/FHFBG_vtkMRMLLinearTransformNodeE.txt

Anyone has ideas on fixing it? Thanks!

Regards,
Lianli

Make sure the /tmp/Slicer directory is writeable or change Slicer temporary directory location (menu: Edit/Application settings/Cache).

Hi Lianli,

I'm not familiar with that module. But a workaround could be to use the Fiducial Registration Wizard module in the SlicerIGT extension. That has some extra functions, but images can be registered with it too.
